from the Site or the Service, in accordance with the efoodcommerce
User agreement your domain name and IP address, your browser version,
your operating system, the URL you came from, the pages you visit
within the Site, and the URL to which you go upon leaving the Site

monitor Site performance, utilization of features and services,

expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability whic may arise
there from.

efoodcommerce may conduct surveys in connection with the Site or
Service in which we may ask you to provid personal information (e.g.
email address) and demographic information (e.g. zip code). We shall
use the information collected from such surveys to improve the features,
functionality, appearance, and content of the Site& Service. Users
are not required to participate in any surveys and may "opt out"
of receiving requests to participate in surveys as set forth below.

your computer, may be subject to other security or privacy hazards
or may not reach its destination or may reach an erroneous address

Users in the European Union fully understand and unambiguously consent
to the collection and processing of their personal information in

warrant, subpoena, or court order, allow access to all available
and relevant information in order to comply with such process and
protect efoodcommerce' rights and property. If warranted, efoodcommerce

physical safety is at risk. Users' IP addresses may also be traced
by efoodcommerce and disclosed for these purposes.
